Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
Sunlith Power Limited ("Sunlith", "we", "us") operates sunlithpower.com. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, what you need to power, the package you are interested in, and basic information about where the enquiry came from. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you send in that conversation.
We do not use optional website analytics or session-recording tools.
Why we collect it
- To size a solar system for your property and prepare your quote.
- To contact you about that quote and follow up on it.
- To arrange installation, delivery and after-sales service.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a registered business.
We will not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Who can see it
Only authorised Sunlith staff working on your quote or installation can access enquiry details. Website form submissions are processed by Netlify, and the conversation continues through WhatsApp when you choose to send the prepared message. We also share information where it is needed to deliver your order, such as with a delivery partner, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to five years, which matches the warranty period on our battery systems, so that we can support what we installed. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email quotes@sunlithpower.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Third-party embeds
The main website embeds a Google Map showing our office. Google may receive technical information when the map loads under its own privacy terms. WhatsApp is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
